BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (BRIC-THSTI) is building short-term teams for five health-research project roles at its NCR Biotech Science Cluster campus in Faridabad. The institute works under the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council in the Department of Biotechnology and connects laboratory science, clinical research and data work to improve human health. • Project Research Scientist-II: Works on the BRAIN-TB project, using molecular biology, protein methods, mycobacterial culture, infection models and immunological techniques in high-containment facilities.
• Project Research Scientist-I: Develops artificial-intelligence models from medical images and videos for a maternal and neonatal outcomes project.
• Project Assistant: Handles cell culture, virus propagation and molecular work for a nanoparticle-based, broadly protective beta-coronavirus vaccine project.
• Project Technician: Supports the same vaccine project through in-vitro virus work, pseudovirus generation, titration and related laboratory activity.

Post-wise Duties

Assistant Data Manager

You will build and review study databases and electronic case-report forms, enter and clean clinical data, resolve queries and keep data-management plans, logs and testing records current. You will also help test database functions and coordinate data corrections with the study team.

Project Research Scientist-II

You will conduct tuberculosis-focused laboratory research involving cloning, recombinant proteins, biochemical assays, gene-expression analysis and mycobacterial culture. The work can also include animal infection models, flow cytometry, ELISA and mammalian cell culture within the required containment controls.

Project Research Scientist-I

You will clean and prepare medical-image datasets, write analytical code in Python or R, test models and compare strategies from the approved analysis plan. Your output will support an imaging-data-science study aimed at better maternal and newborn outcomes.

Project Assistant

You will carry out BSL-2 and BSL-3 virus work, maintain cell cultures and support assays such as PCR and Western blot. Careful adherence to biosafety practices is central to this vaccine-development role.

Project Technician

You will support in-vitro virology and pseudovirus generation, including propagation, titration, assays and routine molecular-biology work. You will keep samples and laboratory records organized for the wider vaccine team.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: These are short-term project appointments. Any extension depends on satisfactory work and the remaining life of the project.
• No regular claim: Appointment does not create a right to regular employment at BRIC-THSTI.
• Credentials: Academic, professional and technical qualifications must come from recognized boards or universities.
• Arrival rule: Late arrivals are not admitted after the notified reporting slot.
• Campus security: Everyone attending the assessment must deposit a mobile phone with valid identity proof at reception and collect it after the process ends.
