The District Administration of SPSR Nellore (formerly known as Nellore District) has invited applications from eligible PwD candidates who belong to the Nellore district. This recruitment drive covers 8 different posts under Group-4 services, Clerical services, and Last-Grade services. Who Can Apply?

Group-4 Services

• Junior Assistant: You must have passed Intermediate (10+2) from a government-recognized institution. You also need proficiency in office automation using computers as per the educational system prescribed by the government.
• Junior Assistant-Typist-D.C.A: You need Intermediate (10+2) plus a Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA). You must also have computer knowledge and typing skills.

Clerical Services

• Library Assistant Grade-III: You must have passed Intermediate and completed a Library Science course from a recognized institution. Alternatively, you can have a degree in Library Science with a Bachelor's degree.

Last-Grade Services

• Office Subordinate / Attender / Dhobi / Washer: You need to have passed 7th Class from a recognized school.
• Cook / Kavaladu / P.H.N. Worker / Kamati: You need to have passed 5th Class. For Cook posts, you should also have knowledge of cooking.

Domicile: Only candidates who belong to SPSR Nellore District (erstwhile Nellore District), Andhra Pradesh, are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 52 years (includes 10 years relaxation for PwD candidates over the normal limit of 42 years)
• Age calculated as on: 01 July 2026

The age relaxation of 10 years is applicable to all PwD candidates as per government rules.

Salary

• Junior Assistant (Group-4): Rs. 25,220 – 80,910 per month (as per AP RPS 2022)
• Library Assistant Grade-III (Clerical): Rs. 22,460 – 72,810 per month
• Office Subordinate, Attender, Dhobi, Cook, Watchman, P.H.N. Worker, Sweeper (Last-Grade): Rs. 20,000 – 61,960 per month

In addition to the basic pay, you will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits as per Andhra Pradesh state government norms.

Selection Process

The selection is merit-based — there is no written exam for these posts. Here is how the selection works:

3. Merit List Preparation: A merit list will be prepared based on your 10th class marks (maximum 20 marks, with 2 marks per subject for up to 10 subjects). If marks are equal, preference goes to the older candidate by age.

5. Certificate Verification: Your original certificates and documents will be verified.
