Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred Qualification

MBA or Master's degree preferred. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA are preferred. Additional certifications in relevant domain like CFA or FRM would be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to executives. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Strong exposure to bank financial statements, regulatory requirements, and treasury/ALM concepts.
