For Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine) - 2 Posts
- Essential: M.Sc in Nuclear Medicine Technology from a recognised university or institution
- Desirable: RSO Level-II Certification recognised by AERB
For Nuclear Medicine Technologist - 5 Posts
- Essential: B.Sc in Life Sciences or other science subjects, plus a one-year Diploma in Medical Radiation and Isotope Techniques (DMRIT) or an equivalent AERB-approved qualification
- Desirable: One-year post-DMRIT experience in a recognised Nuclear Medicine Laboratory and RSO Level-II Certification recognised by AERB
Age Limit
- Medical Physicist: Not exceeding 35 years
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist: Not exceeding 30 years
- Age will be counted as on the date of the walk-in interview / walk-in skill test
- Age relaxation will be given to SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India rules
Salary
- Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine): Rs. 88,638 per month (consolidated)
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist: Rs. 46,136 per month (consolidated)
- The amount is all-inclusive. There will be no annual increment or percentage increase during the contract period
- The contract tenure is fixed at 11 months and will not be extended

Selection Process
Selection is done in two main steps:
- Document Verification: Carry the application form and all original documents (10th/12th certificates, degree, DMRIT diploma, caste certificate, ID proof, address proof, experience certificate, NOC if working) at 09:30 AM on the walk-in date
- Walk-in Interview (for Medical Physicist) / Walk-in Skill or Viva Test (for Nuclear Medicine Technologist): Held every Wednesday at AIIMS Jodhpur until all vacancies are filled
Candidates reporting after 09:30 AM will not be allowed to appear.

Responsibilities
- Handle nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET-CT and gamma camera scans
- Prepare and administer radio-pharmaceuticals to patients as per protocol
- Calibrate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment and detectors
- Follow radiation safety guidelines and AERB rules during all procedures
- Maintain patient records, exposure logs and radioisotope inventory
- Assist doctors during diagnostic scans and therapy procedures
- Monitor radiation levels in the department and report any safety issue
- Support quality assurance checks and equipment performance tests
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
B.Sc in Life Sciences with one-year DMRIT diploma (for Technologist); M.Sc in Nuclear Medicine Technology (for Medical Physicist)
Preferred Qualification
RSO Level-II Certification recognised by AERB; one-year post-DMRIT experience in a recognised Nuclear Medicine Laboratory
Required Skills
Knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures, radiation safety, radio-pharmaceutical handling, AERB protocols
Age Limit
18 - 35 years
