Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital, Bhiwadi, under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 01/2026 dated 15 May 2026 for the contract engagement of Specialists and Senior Residents. Specialists are appointed for a one-year contract while Senior Residents are appointed for a three-year contract (or till the regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier). This is a walk-in interview drive — no separate online application is required.

Who Can Apply?

For Full-Time / Part-Time Specialists:

• PG Degree or DNB in the concerned speciality with 3 years of post-PG experience, OR
• Diploma in the concerned speciality with 5 years of post-diploma experience
• Must be registered with MCI/State Medical Council before joining

For Senior Residents:

• PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality (relevant experience desirable), OR
• For Non-PG/Diploma candidates: 2 years of experience — 1 year in a Government Hospital in the related speciality plus 1 year in at least a 50-bedded hospital (Government or Private)

Age Limit

• Full-Time / Part-Time Specialists: Not exceeding 69 years as on 01 January 2026
• Senior Residents: Not exceeding 45 years as on 01 January 2026
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates as per Government of India norms

Salary

• Full-Time Specialists: Rs. 1,36,754 per month (consolidated) — includes NPA 20%, DA 60%, and HRA 10%
• Part-Time Specialists: Rs. 60,000 per month + Rs. 15,000 for emergency calls + Rs. 800 per additional hour beyond 16 hours/week
• Senior Residents: Rs. 1,36,754 per month (consolidated) — Basic Pay Rs. 67,700 (Level 11) + NPA 20% + DA 60% + HRA 10%
• No service benefits like PF, pension, gratuity, seniority, or promotion will apply.

Application Fee

• No application fee is mentioned in the notification.
• Selected candidates must deposit a security amount of Rs. 1,00,000 via Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund Account No. 1, payable at ESIC Hospital, Bhiwadi (refundable on successful completion of tenure or resignation with No Dues Certificate).
• Contract will be executed on a Rs. 100 stamp paper (cost to be borne by the candidate).

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

Selection is through a single-day walk-in interview:

1. Reporting & Document Verification: Report by 10:00 AM on 25 May 2026 at ESIC Hospital, Bhiwadi. Document verification closes at 10:30 AM.
2. Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates are interviewed by the Selection Committee.
3. Selection Decision: Made on the same day. Opportunity to attend the interview is on a provisional basis pending detailed scrutiny.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
