Post-wise Duties

Junior Research Fellow

You will help design and run high-voltage and partial-discharge tests, study the resulting data and explain what the measurements show. Field Assistant

You will prepare equipment and materials for experimental and field work, support test execution and keep the related activity records in order. The role is hands-on: you may move between preparation, measurement support and documentation as the test schedule changes.

Project Assistant

You will support project planning and procurement, keep purchase and execution records organised and help the team coordinate the materials needed for experiments. You will also track routine project documents so that technical work and administrative work stay aligned.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project appointment: these are fixed-term positions attached to the power-cables research project, not regular institute posts.
