The IIT Gandhinagar Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IIEC), a Section 8 company set up by IIT Gandhinagar in 2015, is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to join its team. IIEC supports early-stage startups in their entrepreneurial journey, and the selected candidate will work on strengthening and expanding IIEC's startup promotion initiatives. This is a one-year contractual role that may be extended further based on your periodic performance evaluation, making it a great opportunity if you want hands-on experience in India's startup and innovation ecosystem.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need an undergraduate degree (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: You must have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the incubation or startup ecosystem.
• Skills: You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and be comfortable with electronic communication and social media.
• Software Knowledge: You should be familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, database management tools, and presentation software.
• You should be self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines while working with a diverse team.

Age Limit

• You should be below 35 years of age as on the application start date (10 August 2026).

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 78,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
• This is a fixed consolidated pay for a one-year contractual position, which may be extended further based on your performance.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

IIEC will select the Assistant Manager - Incubation in a single stage:
