• Extra duties: The Librarian may be given other academic or administrative work along with regular duties.
• Foreign degrees: You need an equivalence certificate from AIU/UGC.
• No travel allowance: No TA is paid for the written test or interview.

• Employed candidates: Attach Annexure-II (employer's endorsement); if it is delayed, send an advance copy and bring an NOC to the interview.
• Envelope label: Paste the printed label with your name, advertisement number, post, application number and category on the front.
• No email: Applications sent by email are not accepted.
