Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) has released Advertisement No. 2026/Accr/Rectt/01 for an international accreditation expert role. The appointment may be contractual, part-time, or full-time, depending on institutional requirements and final terms. This is a senior expert role for international accreditation work, especially for professionals who understand AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, OBE, Assurance of Learning, and global academic quality systems.

The selected expert will support documentation, process design, mentoring, strategic planning, self-assessment reports, base room files, and evidence systems. This role is best suited for applicants who have worked with premier management institutions and can coordinate with faculty teams, academic offices, quality cells, and senior leadership.

Who Can Apply?

Experience and Accreditation Background

• Total experience: You should have at least 15 years of work experience.
• Senior role exposure: Experience in senior-level academic or administrative positions is expected, such as Dean, Chair Accreditation, Senior Academic Administrator, or accreditation consultant.
• International accreditation: Preference will be given if you have helped an institution successfully complete at least one international accreditation such as AACSB, EQUIS, or AMBA.
• Academic systems: You should understand academic governance, curriculum review, benchmarking, OBE, and Assurance of Learning systems.
• Documentation skills: You should be comfortable preparing self-assessment reports, compliance files, policy reviews, and supporting evidence documents.
• Mentoring ability: You should be able to guide faculty and administrative teams on international accreditation requirements in a practical way.

Other Conditions

• Work location: The role is based at Powai, Mumbai.
• Mode of engagement: IIM Mumbai may decide whether the work is part-time or full-time based on institutional need.
• Documents: You need to send the filled application form with proof of qualification, experience, salary, identity, and category/PwD certificate if applicable.

Age Limit

• Preferred age: Preference will be given to applicants below 60 years.

Selection Process
