Indian Bureau of Mines, a subordinate office under the Ministry of Mines, released this circular for 3 Law Officer contract positions.   • Monitor hearings and assist the department during court proceedings when required.
  • Draft petitions, applications, affidavits, appeals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Support policy and legal matters placed before IBM by the competent authority.
  • Follow confidentiality rules under the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923.
