Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: First Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an institute approved by the State Board of Technical Examination, OR a Degree in Electrical Engineering from an institute approved by AICTE.
• Experience: You need at least 3 years of post-qualification experience with an established firm in the execution or maintenance of electrical installations such as HT/LT sub-stations and switchgear, ACB, MCCB, starters, cubicle panels, DG sets, APFC panels, building wiring/cabling, fire alarm and public address systems, CCTV, and elevators — in a hospital, institutional, or commercial complex, or in industrial maintenance work.
• In simple terms: you will handle everything from high-voltage sub-stations and backup generators to fire safety systems and lifts — the kind of maintenance work typically found in a large hospital, office complex, or factory.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000 per month.
• This is a fixed monthly payout since the post is contractual and managed through the outsourcing agency, rather than direct TMH employment — so no separate pay-scale or grade pay structure applies beyond this consolidated amount.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection is based on the following stages:

1. Trade Test: A practical assessment of your electrical maintenance skills.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed. You must carry your updated resume, and original documents with one set of photocopies covering your Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, Experience, Aadhaar card, and PAN card.

Since there is no written exam for this post, your practical know-how and hands-on troubleshooting ability during the trade test will matter more than theoretical knowledge. The interview panel is likely to focus on the kind of electrical systems you have worked on before and how you handled breakdowns or maintenance issues in your previous roles.
