HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL) is a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and India's leading maker of contraceptive, healthcare, and pharma products. HLL has released notification (Reference Code HLL/HR/053/2026) for 5 Procurement Assistant posts on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a non-executive role where you will support vendor registration, price bid comparison, and rate contract work. Candidates with a pharmacy or procurement background are best suited for this job.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• You must have any Degree, D Pharm, or B Pharm from a recognised institution.

Experience

• You need a minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy chain, pharmacy procurement in a region, or the pharmacy of a reputed institute or organization.

Other Requirements

• Computer knowledge is essential for this post.
• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 37 years (as on 1 May 2026).
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates get relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Basic pay range: Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month.
• This is a non-executive fixed-term contract post.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on shortlisting and an interview:

1. Shortlisting: Applications are screened based on your qualification and experience.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview, where all documents are verified against the originals.

Candidates working in Government, PSU, or Autonomous bodies must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the interview.
