Salary

You get a fixed monthly stipend that increases each year:

• ITI Trainee: Rs. 9,500 (Year 1), Rs. 10,500 (Year 2), Rs. 12,000 (Year 3)
• SSLC Trainee: Rs. 9,000 (Year 1), Rs. 10,000 (Year 2), Rs. 11,500 (Year 3)
• Total training duration: 3 years (may be reduced at company discretion)
• The training does not guarantee regular employment at HLL after completion
