ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, has released a revised recruitment advertisement for 41 Teaching Faculty posts on contract basis across 19 Broad Specialty Departments. The contract is initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years subject to approval and satisfactory performance. Selection is based on academic credentials and interview performance — there is no written exam. The posts include 5 Professors, 19 Associate Professors and 17 Assistant Professors.

Who Can Apply?

• Educational Qualification: As per latest NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines.

• Medical Registration: You must have an updated Medical Registration with State Medical Council or NMC.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 69 years as on the date of interview
• Tenure till 70 years maximum

Salary

• Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 2,60,226 per month
• Associate Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,73,045 per month
• Assistant Professor: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,48,669 per month
• This is a fixed consolidated pay — no additional allowances

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on:

1. Document Verification: Only verified candidates will be allowed for the interview
2. Academic Credentials Review: Evaluation of MBBS / MD / MS / DNB marks, publications and experience
3. Personal Interview: Face-to-face interview before the selection committee
