Bank of Baroda (BOB) BSVS Pratapgarh Faculty Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Baroda Swarojgar Vikas Sansthan (BSVS), Pratapgarh - the Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) sponsored by Bank of Baroda - has released a recruitment notice for 1 Faculty post on a purely temporary contract basis. The role is meant for training rural youth and beneficiaries in self-employment, entrepreneurship, and basic skills. Applications are accepted only by post or in person at the BSVS Pratapgarh office in Rajasthan. Graduates and Post Graduates with knowledge of local language, Hindi, English, and computer typing are welcome to apply.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Science / Commerce / Arts) or Post Graduate from a recognised university.
• Preferred Qualifications: MSW, MA (Rural Development), MA (Sociology or Psychology), B.Sc (Veterinary / Horticulture / Agriculture / Agri Marketing), or B.A with B.Ed.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of general accounting
• Comfortable in local language, Hindi and English
• Computer proficiency with Hindi and English typing
• Experienced candidates in training or community work will be preferred

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 22 years
• Maximum age: 40 years
• The notification does not specify a separate age reference date.

Salary

• You will get a fixed monthly pay of Rs. 30,000 per month on a contract basis.
• This is a purely temporary engagement. There is no separate DA, HRA or other allowance mentioned in the notice.
• The engagement does not guarantee any permanent employment with Bank of Baroda or BSVS.

Selection Process

Selection will be done by the BSVS Pratapgarh committee in the following stages:

1. Screening of Applications: All applications received before the deadline will be screened against the eligibility criteria. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the next round.
2. Personal Interview: Final selection is based on the interview, suitability for the Faculty role, and any preferred qualifications or training experience.

• Use computer tools for report writing, typing work and training documentation
• Coordinate with the Director and Bank of Baroda branches on batch schedules and outreach
• Follow up with trained candidates for placement, credit linkage and feedback
