Who Can Apply?

For Project Associate I (Rs. 35,000/month):

• You need a B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.E./M.Tech degree.
• Desirable: A degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Polymers, or Materials with strong knowledge of FEA and proven skills in ANSYS and/or Abaqus, along with experience in modeling composites.

For Project Technician (Rs. 20,000/month):

• You need a Diploma in Engineering or ITI.
• Desirable: Draftsman experience with knowledge of CAD software such as Creo, CATIA, Autodesk, or Fusion 360.

Salary

• Project Associate I: Rs. 35,000 per month.
• Project Technician: Rs. 20,000 per month.
• Both are consolidated monthly pay under the TANII project, not a regular pay scale.

Selection Process

The selection has no written exam. It is based on the following steps:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility and the selection criteria of the project.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview. You must bring your original certificates and documents.

No TA/DA is given to candidates for attending the interview. The date and time for the interview will be confirmed to shortlisted candidates by email.
