AIIMS Kalyani SR Recruitment 2026 — 131 Vacancies

AIIMS Kalyani is hiring 131 Senior Resident (Non-Academic) posts on tenure basis in West Bengal. Who Can Apply?

Medical Candidates

• Qualification: You need a postgraduate medical degree such as MD, MS, DNB, DM, MCh or equivalent in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or institute.
• Hospital Administration: MD in Hospital Administration, Master in Hospital Administration after MBBS, or DNB in Hospital Administration can apply.
• Transfusion Medicine: MD or DNB in Transfusion Medicine / Immunohematology and Blood Transfusion can apply.
• Trauma and Emergency Medicine: MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Anesthesiology, General Medicine or Pediatrics can apply.

Dental and Non-Medical Candidates

• Dentistry: MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology or MDS in any speciality of Dentistry, depending on the listed vacancy.
• Senior Demonstrator subjects: For Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and Biostatistics, you need M.Sc., M.Biotech or M.Stat. in the subject plus PhD in the concerned or allied subject.
• Eligibility date: Qualification, experience and age will be counted up to the notification publication date on the institute website.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years as on the date of publishing this notification on the AIIMS Kalyani website.
• SC / ST: 5 years relaxation
• OBC: 3 years relaxation
• PwD (OPH): 10 years relaxation
• Note: SC, ST and OBC candidates applying against unreserved vacancies will not get relaxation for those unreserved seats.

Salary

• Pay level: Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix
• Equivalent old pay band: Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6,600 under 6th CPC
• Estimated 7th CPC pay range for Level 11: Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month
• Medical graduates can get NPA as applicable.
• You will also get usual Central Government allowances admissible at Kalyani, West Bengal.

• Unreserved / OBC / EWS candidates: Rs. 1,000
• SC / ST candidates: No fee
• Payment mode: NEFT to AIIMS Kalyani Internal Resources Account, State Bank of India, AIIMS Kalyani Branch.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The notification says selection will be based on interview performance after checking the application and required documents.

1. Application Screening: AIIMS Kalyani will check whether you meet the age, qualification and experience requirements.
2. Document Verification: Your certificates, payment proof and other documents will be checked before the interview.
3. Interview: The interview will be held in hybrid mode, online and offline, from 26 May 2026 and 28 to 29 May 2026.
4. Merit List: Selected and waiting lists will be prepared category-wise based on personal interview.
