AIIMS Jodhpur Multi-Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jodhpur is building a field and clinical team for a CCRAS-supported tuberculosis research project in its Department of Community Medicine & Family Medicine. The study looks at an Ayurveda regimen used alongside standard anti-tuberculosis treatment and nutritional support for adults with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. This is a multidisciplinary project, bringing Ayurveda, nursing, social-science fieldwork and laboratory support into one study team.

The appointments are temporary and linked to the research project. The work is centred at AIIMS Jodhpur and combines participant contact, clinical follow-up, sample handling and study documentation. Posts and Disciplines

• Senior Research Fellow Ayurveda: the clinical Ayurveda role supporting participant assessment, treatment delivery and coordination with modern-medicine investigators.
• Project Nurse III: the nursing role covering participant enrolment, clinical visits, vital signs, sample collection and follow-up scheduling.
• Project Technical Support III: the field-research role focused on counselling, participant coordination and tuberculosis-related study activity.
• Project Technical Support I Lab Technician: the laboratory role handling samples, equipment checks, cold-chain work and bio-safety routines.

Post-wise Duties

Senior Research Fellow Ayurveda

You will screen and examine participants, help deliver the Ayurveda study regimen, track treatment outcomes and adverse events, and keep the case-record forms current. You will also coordinate protocol work between the Ayurveda and modern-medicine investigators.

Project Nurse III

You will support screening, enrolment and follow-up, record vital signs and patient histories, assist during clinical visits and organise clinical samples according to the study protocol.

Project Technical Support III

You will counsel newly diagnosed participants, coordinate with the nurse for sample collection and carry out field and laboratory activities connected with the tuberculosis study.

Project Technical Support I Lab Technician

You will collect and transport samples, help participants complete investigations, run routine equipment checks, and follow the laboratory's bio-safety, waste-management and cold-chain procedures.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: the initial appointment is for one year and may continue further according to project needs and your performance.
• Project link: every post is co-terminus with the project and does not create a claim to permanent employment at AIIMS Jodhpur.
• Post-qualification experience: only experience gained after the minimum required qualification is counted.
• Current government staff: you need a No Objection Certificate from your employer at the interview.
• Travel: no TA or DA is paid for attending the interview.
• Openings: the Principal Investigator may increase or reduce the posts according to project needs.
