Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is hiring 13 Senior Residents, Fellows, and Medical Officers at its Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital (HBCH) and Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre (MPMMCC) in Varanasi. This is a walk-in interview opportunity with a monthly salary of up to Rs. 1,45,530. You can attend the interview on any working day from 5 March to 30 April 2026. These positions are on a fixed tenure of one year.

Fellow (Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion)
- MD/DNB (Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion) degree recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or equivalent
- This fellowship is purely for training purposes
Senior Resident Posts
- Surgical Oncology (Neuro Surgery): M.Ch./M.S. in Neuro Surgery or General Surgery, or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by NMC
- Radiation Oncology: M.D./D.N.B. in Radiation Oncology or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by NMC
- Nuclear Medicine: M.D./D.N.B. in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by NMC
- Medical Oncology (Solid Tumor): M.D./D.N.B. in General Medicine or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by NMC
- Anaesthesiology: M.D./D.N.B. in Anaesthesiology or equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by NMC
Junior Resident (Anaesthesiology)
- Diploma in Anaesthesiology recognized by NMC (will be considered as Junior Resident III)
Medical Officer Posts
- MBBS degree recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC)
All qualifications must be recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Candidates with experience in Oncology are preferred.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 45 years as on the date of walk-in interview
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC: 3 years relaxation
- Physically Handicapped (PwD): 10 years relaxation
Salary
- Senior Resident/Fellow with DM/M.Ch. qualification: Rs. 1,45,530 per month (consolidated)
- Senior Resident/Fellow with MS/MD qualification: Rs. 1,33,623 per month (consolidated)
- Junior Resident III (Diploma in Anaesthesiology): Rs. 1,17,747 per month (consolidated)
- Medical Officer (MBBS): Rs. 1,11,132 per month (consolidated)
These are gross consolidated salary figures. The positions are for a fixed tenure of one year.

Responsibilities
- Handle patient care duties including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up in the assigned oncology department
- Assist senior faculty with surgical procedures, radiation therapy sessions, or chemotherapy administration as applicable
- Keep detailed medical records and case documentation for all patients under your care
- Work with the multidisciplinary cancer care team including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and nursing staff
- Prepare case presentations and participate in departmental academic activities, seminars, and journal clubs
- Monitor patients during ICU shifts, manage ventilator settings, and respond to emergencies (for Anaesthesiology and ICU postings)
- Follow the hospital's protocols and standard operating procedures for patient safety and infection control
- Manage blood bank operations, cross-matching, and transfusion services (for the Fellow in Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion)

Minimum Qualification
MBBS / MD / DNB / M.Ch. / M.S. / Diploma in Anaesthesiology recognized by NMC
Preferred Qualification
Experience in Oncology is preferred

Clinical skills in respective specialty, patient care, oncology knowledge
