Who Can Apply?

Both grades need a postgraduate radiology qualification recognised by the National Medical Commission. Here is what is required for each:

For Consultant 'D' (Radiodiagnosis) - Rs. 1,28,000/month:

• Qualification: M.D. / D.N.B. (Radiology / Radiodiagnosis) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

For Consultant 'E' (Radiodiagnosis) - Rs. 1,40,000/month:

• Qualification: M.D. / D.N.B. (Radiology / Radiodiagnosis) or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognised by the NMC.
• Experience: At least 3 years of post-M.D./D.N.B. experience in the field.

Age Limit

• For Consultant 'D', you should be up to 40 years old as on the walk-in interview date.
• For Consultant 'E', you should be up to 45 years old as on the walk-in interview date.

Salary

• Consultant 'D' (Radiodiagnosis): Rs. 1,28,000 per month, consolidated.
• Consultant 'E' (Radiodiagnosis): Rs. 1,40,000 per month, consolidated.
• This is a fixed monthly remuneration for the ad-hoc appointment; it is not linked to the 7th CPC pay matrix.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

TMC will select candidates directly through a walk-in interview. There is no written test at all — your qualification, experience and performance at the interview decide the outcome:

1. Document Screening: Bring your bio-data, a recent passport-size photo, PAN card, Aadhar card, and educational/experience certificates in original, along with one set of self-attested copies, for verification at the venue.
2. Walk-in Interview: Held in person at MPMMCC, Varanasi on 07 July 2026 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Outstation candidates can opt for an online interview instead of travelling to Varanasi. Only shortlisted outstation candidates who meet the eligibility norms will be contacted for the online round.
