ICSIL Firemen Recruitment 2026: Overview

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL), a joint venture of TCIL and DSIIDC, is hiring Firemen for deployment at the Dr. D.P. Rastogi Central Research Institute of Homoeopathy (CRIH), Noida. These are contractual, outsourced posts — ICSIL recruits and pays you, while you work at the client institute.

The pay follows the minimum wages notified by the Labour Department of the Delhi government, and applications open only for a short window. If you have a 12th pass certificate, a working knowledge of fire safety and a year as a fireman, this is a quick chance to get a foothold in a central research institute.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Nature of job: The engagement is purely contractual and temporary for a fixed period, until the contract expires or regular staff join; it gives no claim to a regular appointment.
• Place of work: Deployment can be anywhere in Delhi/NCR, and you may have to work in shifts or on a rotational basis. ICSIL pays no extra conveyance.
• Security deposit: Fifteen days' salary is held back as security, half in the first month and half in the second. It is refunded with savings-bank interest after a no-dues certificate from the client department and completion of your contract with ICSIL.
• Age rule: Your age is counted on the date of the interview, and the relaxation applies only if you have at least one year of experience with central government organisations.
• No guarantee of deployment: ICSIL does not promise to deploy every shortlisted candidate, and it may shortlist on any rational criteria if applications far exceed the posts.
• Travel costs: No TA/DA is paid for attending the interaction or document check.
• Canvassing: Any attempt to influence the process, directly or through others, leads to immediate disqualification and may affect future chances with ICSIL.
