Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) is hiring project staff for the Department of Forest and Wildlife, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The notice brings together general project, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), legal, and monitoring-and-accounts roles under a contractual outsourced engagement. You would be deployed for departmental project or scheme needs, with work locations anywhere in Delhi or the National Capital Region (NCR).

Posts and Disciplines

• Project Associate: The general project role relates to the department’s forestry, wildlife, environment and natural-resource work.
• Project Associate (GIS): This is the spatial-information stream, distinct from the general project post. The notice identifies mapping, spatial data and computer-aided design as its technical focus.
• Project Associate (Legal): This stream concerns legal matters involving the environment, forests, wildlife and biodiversity within the department’s work.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Deployment is not guaranteed: Making the shortlist does not mean ICSIL will place you in a post. Departmental selection and deployment are separate from inclusion in the panel.
• Contract duration: The engagement is for a fixed period, until the contract expires or until regular staff take over. It gives you no claim to a regular appointment.
• Work arrangements: You may be posted anywhere in Delhi/NCR and asked to work shifts or on a rotation according to departmental needs. ICSIL will not pay extra conveyance for these arrangements.
• Minimum commitment: You should be willing to work with the department for at least one year. If you leave before completing that period, the department will not issue an experience certificate.
• Resignation notice: You must give the department written notice 90 days before resigning. The notice says outstanding pay will not be released if you do not meet this condition.
• Security deduction: ICSIL will hold back an amount equal to 15 days of salary, split equally across your first and second months. Refund, with applicable savings-bank interest, depends on a departmental no-dues certificate and completion of your contractual obligations.
• Attendance expenses: You will not receive travel or daily allowance for attending the interaction or document checks. Plan your attendance with this condition in mind.
• Recruitment decisions: ICSIL may reject applications or withdraw the advertisement. Incomplete forms, misleading information, attempts to influence officials or misconduct can also lead to rejection or disqualification.
