Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) is recruiting serving officers and employees on deputation for its human resources, outsourcing, projects, finance and legal teams. The company is a joint venture of Telecommunications Consultants India Limited and Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation, working in telecom, hardware, software, IT solutions and manpower outsourcing. Post-wise Duties

Assistant General Manager, HR and Administration

You will oversee HR records, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. The work also covers leave administration, appraisals, training, payroll support and office security.

Outsourcing Posts

As Deputy General Manager, you will coordinate manpower assignments and client requirements, monitor agreements, billing and payment follow-up, and address employee-related queries. The Senior Supervisor and Supervisor assist the division head across these activities.

Projects Posts

The Deputy General Manager manages IT and telecom projects from planning to commissioning, including procurement tenders, contractor review and business development. The Junior Engineer supports the Deputy General Manager’s project activities.

Finance and Accounts Posts

You will process salary and vendor payments, journal entries, receivables, invoices and bank reconciliation. Both finance roles also help prepare the balance sheet.

Senior Supervisor, Legal

You will prepare court replies and legal records, handle labour-court and vigilance matters, respond to Right to Information requests and review contracts. Keeping legal correspondence organized is also part of the role.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The initial deputation is for three years, with a possible two-year extension under the applicable rules and company requirements.
• Governing terms: Your appointment follows the lending organization’s rules together with ICSIL’s deputation conditions.
• Posting liability: Although the advertised base is New Delhi, ICSIL may post you elsewhere in India or abroad.
• Notice wording: The main advertisement expressly describes deputation and its tenure. The appended general terms also use regular-deployment wording; clarify the appointment terms with HR before accepting an offer.
• Travel costs: ICSIL does not reimburse travel or daily expenses for interaction or verification visits.
• Company discretion: ICSIL may shortlist applicants, change the recruitment procedure, alter openings or withdraw the advertisement.
