Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial term: Your contract can run for up to three years, but ends earlier if the project finishes. Extension depends on performance and the project’s needs and duration.
• Project movement: C-DAC may move you to another project or location anywhere in India when its work requires it. The location against a role code is therefore not a promise of permanent placement there.
• Appointment status: This engagement gives you no claim to a regular C-DAC post. The contract remains tied to the organisation’s project requirements.
• Internal applicants: If you already work at C-DAC and are selected, you must resign from your current service and join the new post as a fresh employee.
• Recruitment discretion: C-DAC can change the number of openings, leave posts unfilled or cancel all or part of the exercise. It may also alter the assessment arrangements.
• Communication: Interview calls and other correspondence will go to your registered email address. Keep that address active because paper call letters will not be sent.
• Travel: C-DAC will not reimburse travel or daily expenses for attending a written examination or interview.
• Official updates: Check the C-DAC website for any later changes or extensions. The organisation has not authorised recruitment agents or agencies to represent it.
• Disputes: Recruitment disputes fall under the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction over Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. If versions differ, the English version takes precedence.
