Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is recruiting experienced engineering staff for national projects at its Kolkata centre. • Project assignment: C-DAC can move you to another project when its needs change. Although the advertised entries name Kolkata, you may be assigned or transferred to project locations elsewhere in India.
• Regular employment: Taking up this contract does not give you a claim to a regular appointment at C-DAC. Keep this condition in mind when comparing it with a permanent position.
• Recruitment changes: C-DAC can revise the number of openings, leave a post unfilled, or change or cancel all or part of the recruitment. An advertised entry does not guarantee an appointment.
• Travel costs: C-DAC will not pay travel or daily allowance for attending a test or interview. You need to account for those expenses yourself.
• Internal movement: Selected internal applicants must resign from their existing service and join the selected post as a fresh employee.
• Official communication: Interview letters and other correspondence go to the email address in your form. Keep checking it, as paper call letters will not be sent.
