TISS Research Assistant Recruitment 2026: Overview
Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) is recruiting a Research Assistant for the Tata Motors ERCP project at its School of Management and Labour Studies (SMLS) in Mumbai. Responsibilities
- Review literature for the project case study.
- Collect and document research data.
- Analyse findings and contribute to case writing.
- Support research and coordination for the training programme.
- Coordinate with programme participants and other stakeholders.
- Prepare academic materials, research reports and programme materials.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Two-year master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university or institution.
Preferred Qualification
Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource Management or related disciplines are preferred. Experience in case study research, qualitative research, training or programme coordination, or industry–academia projects is an advantage.
Required Skills
Literature review, data collection, analysis, documentation, academic or professional report writing, clear written and oral communication, stakeholder coordination and independent working.
