Sainik School Nagrota, a residential public school under the Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released an official notification for the recruitment of Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) on contractual basis. The school is located at Nagrota in Jammu on the banks of river Tawi and has been preparing students for entry into the National Defence Academy since 1970. Who Can Apply?

Essential Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in Hindi as a subject in all three years
  OR
  Four-year Integrated Degree from Regional College of Education of NCERT in Hindi with at least 50% marks in aggregate
• B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university or NCTE recognized institution
• Must have passed CTET/STET Paper II
• Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi Medium

Desirable Qualification

• Experience of teaching in a Residential/CBSE school
• Flair for literary writing
• Proficiency in Games & Sports or NCC certificate holder
• Higher qualification
• Knowledge of computers

Salary

• Consolidated Salary: Rs. 30,000 per month (except vacation period)
