Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), a deemed university under the Ministry of Defence's Department of Defence Research and Development, is seeking a scientist or engineer for its Department of Electronics Engineering in Pune. • Project Associate: the project-support level for first-division engineering or science graduates whose profile suits the technical work but does not meet the fellowship route.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Single alternative appointment: The advertisement offers one project position to be filled at the SRF, JRF or Project Associate level according to the selected candidate's profile.
• Project tenure: The appointment lasts for the remaining project period or ends with the project, whichever comes first.
• Standing advertisement: DIAT reviews applications in recurring shortlisting rounds, and the opening may reduce or close after the project staff member is recruited.
• Interview format: The institute may hold the discussion in person or by video conference and will tell shortlisted candidates which mode applies.
