Posts and Disciplines

Post-wise Duties

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract cycle: The initial term consists of eleven serving months followed by a one-month break. No pay is due during that break.
• Renewal: The Principal may consider a further annual term after performance and institutional needs are reviewed, but the overall engagement cannot go beyond three years.
• Performance review: The Vice Principal or Administrative Officers will assess your work quarterly, and renewal depends on the full set of assessments.
• No regular claim: A contractual appointment does not give you a right to a permanent school post.
• Recruitment discretion: The school may increase, reduce or cancel a post for administrative or policy reasons.
• Selection travel: The school will not pay TA or DA for attending the selection process.
