Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) is building a rolling panel of Academic Associates for eight management and allied academic areas at its Kozhikode campus. The engagement is contractual and combines classroom coordination with faculty and research support. You apply for an academic area, not for a generic pool, so your postgraduate background should match the discipline you choose.

• Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management: covers people management, industrial relations, psychology, sociology and social-work backgrounds.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Separate applications: you must use a separate application for every academic area you want to be considered for; one form does not cover all areas.
• Rolling panel: the Institute accepts applications throughout the year and reviews them periodically. Empanelment does not mean an immediate appointment; a panel member is considered when an area reports a need.
• Contract term: the initial engagement is for one academic year. Any extension depends on the Institute's work needs and your performance.
• Shortlisting: IIMK may tighten its screening criteria when it receives many applications. Only shortlisted applicants move to the online interview.
• Interview format: interviews are held by video conference, and IIMK sends the time slot by email. Keep checking both the careers page and the email account used in your form.
• Joining condition: selection remains subject to checking your original qualifications and experience. You are expected to join within the period stated in the offer, or the offer may be withdrawn.
• Language note: Hindi proficiency is desirable, while clear English communication and comfort with office and internet tools are expected across areas.
• Institute decision: IIMK may revise, reschedule, suspend or cancel the exercise. Canvassing can disqualify an application.
