Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has released Advt. No. NMRC/HR/Rectt./02/2026 for the recruitment of 11 Officer-level posts across Deputy General Manager and Assistant Manager positions. NMRC Officer Posts Recruitment 2026 — 11 Posts

Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited, a joint venture of the Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh, operates the Noida-Greater Noida Metro Corridor. NMRC is looking for experienced, dynamic, and motivated officers of Indian nationality to fill 11 executive positions. Who Can Apply?

You must be an Indian national currently working in Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs/Railways/Metro Rail Company or other govt. bodies. Private sector candidates are not eligible. The qualifications vary by post:

DGM (Project-Finance)

  • Chartered Accountant from ICAI OR Cost & Management Accountant from ICMAI
  • 8 years post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation (minimum 3 years in Metro/Railways/Railway PSUs/RRTS)

DGM (Company Secretary)

  • Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
  • Preference for candidates with Bachelor's in Law in addition to CS
  • 8 years post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial matters

DGM (Operations)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/E&C/Applied Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation from a recognized university
  • 8 years experience in handling Operations and Maintenance of Metro/Railways/RRTS

DGM (Projects)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
  • 8 years experience in Civil Construction/Maintenance (minimum 3 years in Metro/Railways projects)

AM (Project-Design)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
  • 6 years experience in structural design of buildings, viaducts, flyovers

AM (Projects)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
  • 6 years experience in Civil Construction/Maintenance in Metro/Railways

AM (Project-Architect)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
  • 6 years experience in designing architecture, interior, and landscape of major infrastructure projects

AM (Electrical)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
  • 6 years experience in Installation, Testing, Commissioning of ECS, TVS, E&M, Traction, SCADA, Lift & Escalator Systems

AM (Information Technology)

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering OR MCA from a recognized university
  • 6 years experience in supervising IT systems including ERP and complex IT projects

AM (Property Business)

  • Bachelor's Degree in any engineering discipline OR Graduate with MBA/PG Diploma in Management
  • 6 years experience in property business, commercial development, branding, revenue generation

AM (Human Resource)

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline AND MBA in HR Management OR 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in HRM/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations
  • 6 years experience in HR matters like recruitment, appraisal, training, grievances, RTI

Important: Only experience in the Government sector will be counted. Private sector experience is not considered. Qualifications must be from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Age Limit

Age is calculated as on the closing date of application, i.e., 30th April 2026:

  • DGM Posts (Post Code 1-4): Deputation — 56 years; Direct Recruitment/Immediate Absorption — 45 years
  • AM Posts (Post Code 5-11): Deputation — 56 years; Direct Recruitment/Immediate Absorption — 40 years

Age Relaxation (only for reserved category posts earmarked for them):

  • SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation

Note: Since all 11 posts are Unreserved (UR), age relaxation for reserved categories will not apply for these specific vacancies.

Salary

NMRC offers an attractive IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pay pattern with the following salary structure:

DGM Posts (Post Code 1-4)

  • IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000 — Rs. 2,00,000 per month
  • Equivalent CDA Pay Scale: Rs. 78,800 — Rs. 2,09,200 (Level 12)

AM Posts (Post Code 5-11)

  • IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 — Rs. 1,60,000 per month
  • Equivalent CDA Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 — Rs. 1,77,500 (Level 10)

Allowances & Benefits

  • HRA: 30% of Basic Pay
  • IDA: 53.4% (as on date)
  • Perks: 31.5% of Basic Pay
  • Other Benefits: PF, Gratuity, and other allowances as per policy
  • Medical: Benefits at CGHS rates

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

CA/CS/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture/IT/Any Discipline with MBA (varies by post) from recognized university

Preferred Qualification

Preference for candidates with work experience in Metro/Railways/Railway PSUs/RRTS

Required Skills

Post-qualification executive experience in Government sector in the relevant field
