National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) Transport Planner Recruitment 2026 - 3 Posts

NCRTC — a joint venture of the Government of India and the state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh — is building the Namo Bharat (RRTS) rail network connecting Delhi, Meerut, Gurugram, Alwar, Panipat and Karnal. The Delhi-Meerut corridor is already open for commercial operations, and NCRTC now wants to strengthen its planning team with experienced transport planning professionals. This is a direct lateral recruitment for experienced candidates only — freshers are not eligible, since both posts require several years of relevant post-qualification experience in Transport Planning.

If you enjoy working on large-scale rail transit projects — studying commuter demand, planning station access, and integrating buses, metro and feeder services around new stations — this role puts you at the center of one of India's biggest infrastructure projects. NCRTC describes its own culture with the motto "Gati se Pragati" (Progress through Speed), and it is looking for planners who can bring international best practices into a rapidly growing Indian rail network.
