NLC India Limited (NLCIL) Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - 45 Training Slots
NLC India Limited, a "Navratna" Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Coal, has released Advertisement No. L&DC/01A/2026 to engage 45 apprentices at its Neyveli operations. This is a mix of Fresher Trade Apprenticeship (Medical Lab Technician - Pathology and Radiology) and an Optional Trade Apprenticeship (Conveyor Belt Vulcaniser). Only candidates from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry are eligible to apply. This is a good one-year hands-on training opportunity for 12th-pass candidates who want practical experience in a large public sector company. NLC India Limited mines lignite and runs thermal power plants across India, and apprentices get exposure to real hospital lab and industrial maintenance work during their training period. There is no application fee for this apprenticeship engagement.
Vacancy Breakdown by Trade
- Medical Lab Technician (Pathology): 15 slots — for male and female candidates
- Medical Lab Technician (Radiology): 10 slots — for male and female candidates
- Conveyor Belt Vulcaniser (Optional Trade): 20 slots — for male candidates only
The Medical Lab Technician (Pathology and Radiology) posts fall under the Fresher Trade category, while Conveyor Belt Vulcaniser is an Optional Trade under NLCIL's apprenticeship scheme.
