NHSRCL Rolling Stock Vacancy Notice 06/2026 and 07/2026: online registration extended to 10 Jun 2026; hardcopy deadline 17 Jun 2026.

NHSRCL issued Corrigendum-1 dated 21 May 2026 for Vacancy Notice No. 06/2026 and 07/2026, covering JGM (Rolling Stock) and Senior Manager (Rolling Stock). The online registration deadline is now 10 June 2026 at 23:59 hrs, and the online fee payment window also runs up to 10 June 2026. The last date for hardcopy applications with supporting documents is now 17 June 2026 at 18:00 hrs. The maximum age limit has been revised from 45 years to 50 years. The corrigendum states that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged, and it does not state any change in vacancies, qualifications, or fee amount.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct design review of Electrical system of Rolling Stock for high-speed rail (JGM)
  • Handle Testing and Commissioning of Rolling Stock including Electrical system and Integrated Testing
  • Manage execution, project monitoring and interface management of Rolling Stock
  • Monitor maintenance of Rolling Stock across the MAHSR corridor
  • Prepare DPR of Rolling Stock and Depot, and coordinate related activities (Senior Manager)
  • Set up modern Traction Rolling Stock Depots and Workshops as per high-speed rail standards
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation of Rolling Stock and Depot operations
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned from time to time by the Management

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (JGM) or Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering (Senior Manager) or equivalent, plus working in IDA/CDA pay scales of CPSE/SPV/Metro/Railways/Govt Departments

Preferred Qualification

Experience in EMU Rolling Stock for High Speed Railway, RRTS, Railway or Metro projects

Required Skills

Design review of Electrical System of Rolling Stock, Testing and Commissioning, Execution and project monitoring, Interface management, Depot and Workshop setup, Technical documentation

Age Limit

18 - 45 years (as on 30 Apr 2026)

You must be a serving officer in CPSE, SPV, Metro Railway, Ministry of Railways or Government Department. Maximum age is 45 years.

Apply online at nhsrcl.in from 16 May 2026. Fill the form, upload documents, pay the fee (Rs. 400 for UR/EWS/OBC; free for SC/ST/Women), and submit by 5 June 2026. Then send the printed hard copy with attested documents to NHSRCL, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi - 110029 by 12 June 2026.

Selection is through Shortlisting, Presentation, Interview and Medical Examination. Shortlisted candidates make a presentation on their experience in Rolling Stock for High Speed Railway/Metro/RRTS, followed by interview and medical fitness check. There is no written exam.
