NCRTC Executive (Coordination) Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post
National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a Joint Venture of the Government of India and participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. It operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is responsible for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in the National Capital Region. NCRTC is currently operating the Delhi-Meerut corridor, which has been fully opened for commercial revenue operations. This recruitment is for retired government or PSU professionals who want to continue contributing their administrative and coordination expertise on a re-employment basis for 1 year, which may be extended based on performance.
Who Can Apply?
- Qualification: You need any Graduate degree from a UGC recognised Indian University or AICTE approved institution.
- Experience: You must have at least 20 years of experience working in Government departments, PSUs, or Central/State Government instrumentalities.
- Pay Scale at Superannuation: You should have retired at CDA Scale Rs. 47,600-1,51,100 (Level 8) or above, or IDA Scale Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 (E1) or above.
- Note: Teaching or freelancing experience will not count as qualifying experience.
- Equivalence: If you are claiming an equivalent qualification, you must produce an equivalence certificate.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 65 years as on 06 March 2026.
- There is no minimum age specified. This post is meant for retired professionals seeking re-employment.
Salary
- You will receive a consolidated lumpsum salary of Rs. 42,777 per month.
- You will also get HRA and other benefits as per NCRTC company policy.
Selection Process (No Written Exam)
There is no written exam for this post. Selection will be done through:
- Document Verification: Your original certificates will be verified before the interview. You must bring all original documents. If documents are not in order, you will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
- Interview: Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for a personal interview. The venue, date, and time will be informed in advance.

Responsibilities
- Handle secretarial practices and daily administrative tasks for the department
- Facilitate timely communication, follow-ups, and coordination across inter-departmental units
- Organize inter-agency meetings, prepare background notes, and maintain minutes of discussions
- Ensure smooth data flow, reporting, and documentation of stakeholder engagements
- Draft and process various Ministerial communications, notes, and official correspondence
- Support issue resolution by escalating matters to appropriate authorities and liaising across administrative levels

Experience in secretarial practices and administrative work in government or PSU setup
