Who Can Apply?

Chief Security Officer (Regular)

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university with valid AvSec certification
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in airport security, armed forces, police, or aviation logistics security
• Certifications: Valid Basic AVSEC certification and SMS. Knowledge of BCAS guidelines, NCASP, and ICAO Annex 17 is required

Assistant Executive Engineer - Civil (Regular)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Experience: More than 10 years in civil infrastructure works like runways, taxiways, pavements, and PEB structures at airports
• Skills: Knowledge of ICAO Doc 9157, Doc 9184, and Doc 9981. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred

Manager - Terminal Operations (Regular)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in airport operations with exposure to terminal operations in supervisory roles. ICAO Annex-14 and SMS certified

Safety Officer (Regular)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Science, or equivalent
• Experience: At least 5 years of operational experience in aviation plus 3 years in safety management. Must be trained in SMS as per CAR requirements

Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (Regular)

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) of India, OR Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from a recognized university
• Experience: More than 5 years post-qualification experience. Must have handled financial preparation under IND AS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST compliance

Assistant Accounts Officer (Regular)

• Qualification: B.Com (3 years), CA Intermediate/IPCC, or MBA (Finance). M.Com is preferable
• Experience: More than 5 years with reputed private or government organizations in accounts and compliance

Senior Accounts Clerk (Regular)

• Qualification: B.Com (3 years) from a recognized university. Post-graduation (M.Com) is preferable
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience with reputed private or government organizations. Good knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and Tally

Contractual Posts (Manager, Asst. Manager, Duty Manager, Deputy Planner)

• Manager & Asst. Manager (Airside): Bachelor's Degree. 3-5 years in airside operations, ATC, or aerodrome safeguarding. ICAO Annex-14 and GRF/SMS certified
• Asst. Manager (Terminal Operations): Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 5 years in airport terminal operations in supervisory roles. ICAO Annex-14 and SMS certified
• Duty Manager (Airside & Terminal): Bachelor's Degree. 3 years experience in respective airport operations in supervisory roles
• Deputy Planner: Postgraduate in Town/City/Country/Urban/Regional Planning from a recognized institution, obtained after a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Age Limit

• Chief Security Officer, AEE (Civil), Manager (Terminal Ops), Manager (Airside): Up to 45 years
• Safety Officer, Sr. Manager (Finance), Asst. Manager (Airside & Terminal), Deputy Planner: Up to 40 years
• Assistant Accounts Officer: Up to 42 years
• Sr. Accounts Clerk, Duty Manager (Airside & Terminal): Up to 35 years
• Age limit and experience are calculated as on the date of advertisement

Salary

• Regular Posts: Pay scales range from Rs. 5,200-20,200 (GP Rs. 2,900) to Rs. 15,200-39,100 (GP Rs. 6,600). Under the 7th Pay Commission, this translates to approximately Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month
• Chief Security Officer & AEE (Civil): Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 5,400 (Level 9, approx. Rs. 53,100/month starting)
• Safety Officer & Asst. Accounts Officer: Rs. 9,300-34,800 + GP Rs. 4,400 (Level 7, approx. Rs. 44,900/month starting)
• Senior Accounts Clerk: Rs. 5,200-20,200 + GP Rs. 2,900 (Level 5, approx. Rs. 29,200/month starting)
• Sr. Manager (Finance): Rs. 15,200-39,100 + GP Rs. 6,600 (Level 11, approx. Rs. 67,700/month starting)
• Contractual Posts: Fixed monthly salary from Rs. 52,000 to Rs. 85,000 (inclusive of all taxes)

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview based on the documents submitted with the application. Meeting the prescribed qualifications alone does not guarantee an interview call
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The selection list will be prepared based on interview performance and overall merit
3. Document Verification: Original documents will be verified with reference to eligibility criteria after candidates qualify for the interview stage

Note: There is no written exam for this recruitment. Selection is strictly based on merit, giving appropriate weightage to various parameters as decided by management.

• Assist in preparation of financial statements, audit reports, budgets, and statutory compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST (for finance posts)
• Manage and supervise teams of operational staff, coordinate shift schedules, and ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
• Monitor and enforce airport security measures, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with security agencies for threat mitigation
• Prepare development plans, building permissions, layout plans, and infrastructure project reports (for planning and engineering posts)
