The Maharashtra Airport Development Company Limited (MADC) has invited applications for one Consultant (Aviation) post on a contract basis. This is a senior advisory role for aviation professionals who have spent their career in airport operations, planning, safety, and regulation. MADC develops and manages airports across Maharashtra, so this role puts you at the centre of the state's aviation growth. Since it needs 25 years of experience, this opening is aimed at highly experienced aviation experts, not freshers.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in the civil aviation sector, covering airport operations, design and planning, aviation safety oversight, regulatory compliance, aviation infrastructure development, policy formulation, strategic planning, airport licensing, ATC, and senior management roles.
• Certifications (required): SMS (Safety Management System), Annex 14, and AVSEC (Aviation Security).
• Preferred: Knowledge of GRF, ICAO certification, AutoCAD, and project monitoring software. Experience with DGCA, AAI, or the Civil Aviation department of Central/State Government or other statutory aviation bodies will be preferred.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 60 years old as on the date of the advertisement.
• Age Relaxation: In case of exceptional merit, the age limit may be relaxed by up to 5 years.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 1,20,000 per month (inclusive of taxes).

Selection Process

The selection is done in two steps:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for a personal interview based on the documents submitted with the application.
2. Personal Interview: The final selection list is prepared based on your performance in the personal interview.

Meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview call. MADC shortlists candidates in line with the number of vacancies.
