• Experience: You must have service experience in executing infrastructure projects.
• CDA route: You should have retired or taken VR from PB-4 with Grade Pay Rs. 10,000 under 6th CPC, revised to Matrix Level 14 under 7th CPC.
• IDA route: You should have retired or taken VR from E-8 IDA scale of Rs. 51,300-73,000 under 2nd PRC, revised to Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 under 3rd PRC.

Specific Project Experience

• You should have working experience in railway track projects, underground or elevated metro projects, railway projects, multistoried building projects, or other infrastructure projects.
• Higher grade pay or pay scale received only through ACP/MACP is not counted for eligibility.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: up to 63 years.
• Age will be counted as on the last date for receiving applications, 24 June 2026.

Salary

• Level and pay scale: E-8 / Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 2,80,000.
• Starting basic pay: Rs. 1,20,000 per month.
• IDA and HRA will be admissible as per rules.
• Perks under cafeteria will be paid at 20% of basic pay.
• Conveyance allowance of Rs. 25,000 per month is payable if company vehicle is not provided.
• Mobile, landline, and broadband bill reimbursement is allowed up to Rs. 1,500 per month.
• No Performance Related Pay and no TADK reimbursement are payable.
