TSU Program Trainer Recruitment 2026: Overview

Tribhuvan Sahkari University (TSU), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Cooperation, is hiring Program Trainers for a large training drive for PACS Secretaries in Gujarat. TSU runs this Professional Development and Capacity-Building Program together with the Department of Cooperation, Government of Gujarat. It plans to reach about 10,693 PACS Secretaries, though the final number depends on the list the department confirms.

Each batch goes through a standard two-day course that TSU has already designed. You deliver the course; you do not have to write it. The topics cover PACS history and governance, the Secretary's role, records and member relations, finance and internal controls, business growth and diversification, service expansion, computerisation, digital services and MIS, and action planning.

Because the sessions are for Gujarat's PACS Secretaries, you must read, write and speak Gujarati well. Past work as a trainer, teacher or facilitator, or a postgraduate degree, gives you an edge.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract only: The job is purely contractual for 11 months on a fixed, all-inclusive monthly pay. The exact terms come in your offer letter; if you do not accept them in time, the offer is withdrawn.
• More than training: TSU can also give you administrative, coordination and reporting work for the program on top of your training duties.
• Deployment: You may be sent to any TSU campus, training centre or field location, and your place can change as the program needs.
• Experience counting: Only experience gained after your bachelor's degree counts towards the two-year requirement.
• Medical fitness: You must be medically fit, and TSU may ask for a medical fitness certificate.
• Orientation: Selected trainers may have to complete orientation, training and assessments set by the University.
• No travel allowance: TSU pays no TA/DA for attending the interview, written test, screening test or document verification.
• Citizenship: Only Indian citizens can apply.

• Keep session records, attendance, participant feedback and program documents
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, PMU Executives, DCCBs, cooperative institutions and other resource persons
• Handle administrative, coordination and reporting work for the program as assigned
