The Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai, located in Durg district of Chhattisgarh, has released this advertisement under a Government of India initiative funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). The project aims to build capacity in human resource development for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drone and related Technology), with the goal of making India a global drone hub. Who Can Apply?

Essential Qualification

• M.Tech / M.E. or equivalent degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering (or related areas) from a recognized university
• OR B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent degree with 2 years of relevant experience in the same disciplines

Desirable Skills (Preference Given)

• Control System / Instrumentation expertise
• Drone and related technology experience
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB
• Familiarity with ROS / GAZEBO
• Experience in digital communication, preferably in drone control and communication

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 35 years

Salary

• Consolidated salary: Rs. 45,000 per month
• Annual increment: 10% on the consolidated salary
• The position is temporary for 1 year, renewable annually based on performance
• Total project duration: 1 year and 7 months
