Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract period: The first engagement is for one year. It may be extended one year at a time for up to three more years, depending on your performance and the institute's need; the post does not create a claim to regular appointment or absorption.
• Shift pattern: Day duty runs from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday. Night duty runs from 22:00 to 06:00 on an alternate-night roster, and remote counselling may also be assigned during night hours.
• Campus housing: Institute or leased accommodation will be provided, with electricity and water charged at actual cost. A person using this accommodation will not receive House Rent Allowance.
• Annual review: Consolidated pay may be reviewed after each completed year within the advertised upper limit, based on the reporting officer's assessment.
