You can walk in for the interview at 11 cities across Chhattisgarh between 3 May 2026 and 12 May 2026. The basic pay ranges from Rs. 11,500 to Rs. 29,500 per month depending on the post. HLL Lifecare Limited is a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Its Healthcare Services Division HINDLABS already runs clinical diagnostic labs and CT/MRI scan centres across 15 states in India. Now HLL has set up a fresh Medical Laboratory Project in Chhattisgarh and needs lab and admin staff to run the State Reference Lab, Divisional Labs, District Labs and CH Labs. Vacancy Breakdown

HLL Lifecare is hiring for the following posts on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis. Total vacancy count is not fixed in the notification — selection happens at the walk-in.

• Lab Technician (FTC) — for State Reference Lab, Divisional Labs, 28 District Labs, and 17 CH Labs.
• Accounts Officer (FTC) — only for Raipur.
• District Project Coordinator (FTC) — all districts.
• HR Officer (FTC) — only for Raipur.
• IT Officer (FTC) — for Divisional Labs at Baloda Bazar, Jagdalpur, Ambikapur (Sarguja), Durg, and Bilaspur.
• Lab Coordinator (FTC) — State Reference Lab, all Divisional Labs, all District Labs, all CH Labs, and 30 selected CHCs.
• Consultant Pathologist (MD) — Gariyaband, Kanker, Khairagarh, Korba, Mahasamund, Manendragarh, Mohla, Sakthi, Sarangarh and all civil hospitals.
• Consultant Histopathologist (MD) — State Referral Lab and all Divisional Labs.
• Consultant Microbiologist (MD) — all Divisional Labs.

Who Can Apply?

Lab Technician

You need DMLT, BSc (MLT), PG (DMLT) or MSc (MLT). Experience required: 5 years for DMLT, 3 years for BSc (MLT), 2 years for PG (DMLT) or 1 year for MSc (MLT) in a medium-size lab.

Accounts Officer (Raipur only)

You need MCom, CA Inter or ICWA Inter with 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts of a commercial organisation.

District Project Coordinator

You need an MBA in Healthcare Management, MSc in Medical Microbiology, Medical Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, MLT, Biochemistry or Health Science. Post Graduate freshers with 1 year experience qualify; BSc holders need 3 years with PGDMLT.

HR Officer (Raipur only)

You need any graduation; MBA HR or MSW preferred. Minimum 3 years experience.

IT Officer (Divisional Lab)

You need BSc/MSc in Computer Science or IT, BCA, BTech/BE in CS/IT or MCA. Minimum 2 years experience in computer hardware, networking or server maintenance.

Lab Coordinator

Any graduate or post-graduate degree, DMLT or BMLT. Experience: 3 years for MSc, 5 years for BSc, or 5 years for DMLT/BMLT.

Consultant Doctors

You need MD in Pathology, Histopathology or Microbiology from a recognised institute.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 37 years as on 1 May 2026.
• Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC and PwD categories as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Lab Technician: Rs. 11,500 to Rs. 23,000 per month (basic pay).
• Accounts Officer, District Project Coordinator, HR Officer, IT Officer, Lab Coordinator: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 29,500 per month (basic pay).
• Consultant doctors are paid as per HLL HCS norms (CV-based).

Selection Process

1. Skill Test — only candidates clearing the skill test move to the written test.
2. Written Test — multiple-choice questions, 30 minutes, maximum 50 marks, no negative marking.
3. Document Verification — bring all originals on the walk-in day.

• Run sample collection, testing and reporting in HLL state reference, divisional and district labs.
• Handle accounts, finance and statutory filings for Raipur HCS office (Accounts Officer).
• Coordinate lab operations across district labs and community health centres (Lab Coordinator).
• Maintain computer hardware, networks and lab servers at divisional labs (IT Officer).
• Manage HR functions, recruitment and employee records (HR Officer).
• Supervise day-to-day district project rollout for the Chhattisgarh lab project.
• Follow HLL standard operating procedures and safety guidelines for all healthcare work.
• Submit timely reports to HCS Division and State Reference Lab leadership.
