Baroda Swarojgar Vikas Sansthan (BSVS), which runs Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) on behalf of Bank of Baroda, has released guidelines to fill 1 Attender post at BSVS RSETI Raipur, Chhattisgarh, under the Regional Office (Raipur). This is an outsourced staff position on a contractual basis, following guidelines in line with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). There is no written exam for this post — you only need to clear a personal interview. The contract is valid for 3 years, subject to yearly performance review and renewal by the Director.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed 10th Standard.
• Language: Ability to read and write the local language is preferred.

• Only submitting your application does not entitle you to be called for an interview. BSVS trust reserves the right to call only the required number of candidates after preliminary screening.

Age Limit

• You should be between 22 and 40 years old as on 1 April 2026.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 14,000 per month, which increases by Rs. 1,000 every year up to Rs. 19,000 per month, based on satisfactory performance review.
• You will also get an annual performance incentive of Rs. 1,000, a Fixed Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 1,000 per month, a Mobile Allowance of Rs. 300 per month, and an Annual Medical Allowance of Rs. 5,000.
• EPF, ESI, and Gratuity benefits apply as per rules.
• Halting Allowance for outstation tours is Rs. 150 (4 to 8 hours) or Rs. 300 (8 hours and above) per day, and travel is by sleeper class.
• You are also entitled to 12 days Casual Leave, 10 days Privilege Leave, and 10 days Sick Leave every calendar year, along with maternity and paternity leave as per rules.

Selection Process

The selection will be done through:

1. Personal Interview to assess your communication ability, job responsibility, and attitude. Only candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be considered, and merely meeting the criteria does not guarantee an interview call — BSVS will shortlist candidates based on qualification, suitability, and experience.

If selected, you will need to submit a medical fitness report signed by a district-level Medical Officer before joining. Your offer letter will mention the contract details, effective date, salary, duration, and the renewal clause. Either you or the organisation can end the contract by giving one month's notice (or salary in lieu of notice). After joining, you will need to submit a joining report to the Director, RSETI, and complete the required formalities.

4. Send the filled application in hard copy only, in a sealed envelope marked "Application for the post of 'Attender' at BSVS/RSETI Raipur", to: The Regional Manager, Bank of Baroda, Regional Office (Raipur), Jeevan Prakash, Jeevan Bima Marg, Pandri, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 492004, on or before 23 July 2026.

Applications received after the last date will not be entertained. This engagement is purely contractual and does not entitle you to claim regular appointment or continued contractual appointment. If any disciplinary action was taken against you in a previous organisation, the BSVS trust's decision on your selection will be final and binding. The trust also reserves the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason, subject to one month's notice or salary in lieu.

• Keep the office, training classrooms, dormitory, and washrooms clean and tidy
• File documents as directed by the office assistant, faculty, or Director
• Visit bank branches for passbook updates and other banking errands
• Manage the filing cabinet, visitor lounge, and general upkeep of the premises
• Support faculty and trainees during training sessions as required
• Carry out any other administrative task assigned by the Director
