IDBI Bank Ltd., a full-service commercial bank that traces its roots to the erstwhile Industrial Development Bank of India (1964), has released Advertisement No. 03/2026-27 for the recruitment of 31 Specialist Officers. The recruitment covers four functional areas — Audit (Information System), Infrastructure Management (Premises), Legal and Security — spread across the Deputy General Manager (Grade D), Assistant General Manager (Grade C) and Manager (Grade B) cadres. Who Can Apply?
Audit – Information System (Assistant General Manager, Grade C):
- B.Tech/BE in IT, Electronics, Software, Electrical or Computer Science (or equivalent M.Sc/MCA/M.Tech), OR a Science Graduate with a valid CISA certification
- Minimum 7 years as an officer in BFSI/IT/Information Security consultancy, including 4 years in IS Audit, Cyber Security or Information Security Consultancy
Audit – Information System (Manager, Grade B):
- Same educational qualification as above
- Minimum 4 years as an officer, including 2 years in IS Audit, Cyber Security or Information Security Consultancy
Infrastructure Management – Premises (Deputy General Manager, Grade D):
- B.Tech/BE in Civil or Electrical Engineering (dual specialization accepted)
- Minimum 10 years experience in BFSI/Large Corporates/Infrastructure sector/PSU, including 7 years handling civil/electrical engineering activities like tendering and building maintenance
Infrastructure Management – Premises (Manager, Grade B):
- Same educational qualification as above
- Minimum 4 years experience, including 2 years handling civil/electrical engineering activities
Legal (Deputy General Manager, Grade D):
- Graduation in Law from a recognised university
- Minimum 10 years experience, including 7 years as a law officer in BFSI/ARC/Government entities, OR as a practicing advocate with 7 years in BFSI/ARC/Government entities
Legal (Manager, Grade B):
- Same educational qualification as above
- Minimum 4 years experience, including 2 years as a law officer or practicing advocate in BFSI/ARC/Government entities
Security Officer (Manager, Grade B):
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
- Minimum 4 years of Commissioned Service not below the rank of Captain (Army) or equivalent in Navy/Air Force/Police/Paramilitary Forces
- Preference given to candidates with Security Officer experience in BFSI
Age Limit
- Deputy General Manager (Grade D): 35 to 45 years (born between 02.07.1981 and 01.07.1991)
- Assistant General Manager (Grade C): 28 to 40 years (born between 02.07.1986 and 01.07.1998)
- Manager (Grade B): 25 to 35 years (born between 02.07.1991 and 01.07.2001)
- Age is counted as on the cut-off date of 01 July 2026.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get 3 years, PwBD candidates get 10 years, and Ex-Servicemen get 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
Salary
- Deputy General Manager, Grade D: Rs. 1,02,300 to Rs. 1,20,940 per month (gross emoluments around Rs. 2,04,000/month in metro cities)
- Assistant General Manager, Grade C: Rs. 85,920 to Rs. 1,05,280 per month (gross emoluments around Rs. 1,69,000/month in metro cities)
- Manager, Grade B: Rs. 64,820 to Rs. 93,960 per month (gross emoluments around Rs. 1,29,000/month in metro cities)
- You will also get allowances, perquisites, Performance Linked Variable Pay and New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) benefits as per Bank rules.
