HLL Lifecare Trainee Recruitment 2026 — Walk-In

HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna PSU under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, is engaging trainees in 4 categories (SSLC/VHSE, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc) at its Akkulam Factory, Thiruvananthapuram. If you are between 18 and 30 years and have passed at least 10th, this is a chance to join a 3-year Training & Development Scheme with a starting stipend of Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 12,500 per month. The walk-in selection test is on 12 and 13 May 2026 at Sargam Hall, Peroorkada Factory.

HLL Lifecare Limited Trainee Recruitment 2026 - Walk-In Selection Test

HLL Lifecare Limited (a Government of India Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise) has invited SSLC/VHSE, ITI, Diploma and Graduate (B.Sc) candidates for a Walk-In Selection Test for trainee engagement at its Akkulam Factory in Thiruvananthapuram. This is a 3-year training scheme (not a regular employment offer) under the Training & Development Scheme of HLL. The training does not give any claim to permanent employment in the company; it is meant to prepare you for industry employment elsewhere.

Trainee Categories and Stipend

Reservation will be applied as per Government of India rules.

Who Can Apply?

SSLC Trainee

• You must have passed SSLC or VHSE.

ITI Trainee

• You must have passed ITI (any trade).

Diploma Trainee

• You must have a Diploma Pass in any stream (3-year course).

Graduate Trainee

• You must have a B.Sc Pass in any stream.

Important: Those who are over qualified will not be considered. Candidates who have already undergone training once at HLL in a similar position (SSLC/ITI/Graduate Trainee) are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

• SSLC and ITI Trainees: Above 18 years and below 30 years as on 01-05-2026.
• Diploma Trainees: Above 18 years and below 30 years as on 01-02-2026.
• Graduate (B.Sc) Trainees: Above 20 years and below 30 years as on 01-02-2026.

Stipend

• SSLC Trainee: Rs. 9,000 (1st year) → Rs. 10,000 (2nd year) → Rs. 11,500 (3rd year)
• ITI Trainee: Rs. 9,500 (1st year) → Rs. 10,500 (2nd year) → Rs. 12,000 (3rd year)
• Diploma Trainee: Rs. 10,000 (1st year) → Rs. 11,000 (2nd year) → Rs. 12,500 (3rd year)
• Graduate (B.Sc) Trainee: Rs. 10,000 (1st year) → Rs. 11,000 (2nd year) → Rs. 12,500 (3rd year)

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through a Walk-In Selection Test. There is no separate online exam.

1. Walk-In Reporting: Reach the venue at 10:00 AM on the assigned day with the duly filled application form and self-attested copies of certificates.
2. Selection Test: The test starts at 12:00 NOON. Candidates reaching after 12:00 PM will not be allowed.
3. Document Verification: Originals will be checked for age, qualification and reservation.

Selected candidates will have to undergo training in shifts. Reservation will be as per Govt. of India rules. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.

How to Apply

2. Download the Blank Application Form attached with the careers notification.
3. Fill in the application form completely.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all required certificates (age, qualification, reservation, photograph).
5. Walk in to the Sargam Hall, Peroorkada Factory, Thiruvananthapuram-5 on your assigned date by 10:00 AM.
6. Bring all originals for verification.

• Learn the operation of factory machines and quality control procedures

• Keep accurate records of production output and any equipment issues
• Attend training sessions and skill development workshops conducted by HLL
