HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL) is a Miniratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and is known as a global provider of high-quality healthcare products and services such as contraceptives, diagnostic kits and medical devices. Its Retail Business Division (RBD) in Noida is now inviting dynamic, performance-driven accounts professionals to join on a Fixed Term Contract basis for two positions — Accounts Assistant and Accounts Officer. Who Can Apply?

For Accounts Assistant:

• Qualification: B.Com with 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounts and finance functions at a reputed establishment.

For Accounts Officer:

• Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounts and finance functions at a reputed establishment.

• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• Only candidates with relevant qualification and experience will be permitted to attend the written test, so double-check your eligibility before you travel to the venue.

Age Limit

• You should not be older than 37 years as on 01 July 2026.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates get relaxation as per Government of India rules.
• The same cut-off date of 01 July 2026 is used to check your qualification and post-qualification experience as well.

Selection Process

Selection for both Accounts Assistant and Accounts Officer is based on a walk-in written test — there is no separate interview round:

1. Written Test: Multiple-choice questions to be answered in 30 minutes for a maximum of 50 marks. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
2. Qualifying Marks: You need at least 35% marks in the written test to move to the next stage.
3. Document Verification: Bring your original certificates with self-attested copies for age, qualification, mark sheets, experience, latest salary certificate, Aadhaar and PAN. Only candidates who clear document verification will be allowed to sit for the test.

HLL's decision on selection will be final, and canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
