HLL Lifecare Limited, a Government of India enterprise, is hiring 4 Graduate and Diploma Apprentices at its Peroorkada Factory in Trivandrum, Kerala. HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has opened 4 apprenticeship slots at its Peroorkada Factory near SAP Camp, Trivandrum. This is a one-year training programme under the apprenticeship scheme, open to fresh engineering graduates and diploma holders. If you have already done apprenticeship training before, you are not eligible to apply again.

Vacancy Breakdown

There are 4 apprentice posts in total, covering two categories:

• Graduate Apprentice: For BE / B.Tech holders in Engineering (any stream)
• Diploma Apprentice: For Diploma in Engineering holders (any stream)

Reservation will be applied as per Government of India rules.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduate Apprentice: You must have a BE / B.Tech in Engineering in any stream.
• Diploma Apprentice: You must have a Diploma in Engineering in any stream.
• You can apply within 5 years from the date you passed your qualifying exam.
• Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training earlier are not eligible.

Salary

• Engineering Graduates: Rs. 12,300 per month stipend (Rs. 7,800 paid by the company and Rs. 4,500 paid directly to your account by BOAT).
• Diploma Holders: Rs. 10,900 per month stipend (Rs. 6,900 paid by the company and Rs. 4,000 paid directly to your account by BOAT).

Selection Process

The selection is done in two steps:

1. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the next step.
2. Selection Test / Interview: Details will be shared with shortlisted candidates later. No travelling allowance is paid for attending the test or interview.
