Who Can Apply?
For Director - Innovation:

For Director - Facility Management:
- Qualification: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Infrastructure / Industrial Management, Hotel & Hospitality Management, or Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical).
- Experience: Minimum 20 to 25 years of post-qualification experience in facility management, administration, infrastructure operations, estate management, industrial township management, corporate services, or hospitality & support services.
- Preferred Certifications: CFM, FMP, LEED / Green Building, IOSH / NEBOSH, or PMP / PRINCE2.
- Preferred Industry Exposure: PSU / Government, mining, power, large manufacturing, infrastructure, or smart campus management.
Salary
- The salary will be commensurate with experience and as per iCEM's internal compensation policy for senior leadership positions.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation or facility management vertical at iCEM with measurable outcomes
- Build partnerships with industry, startups, academia, OEMs, and government bodies relevant to the role
- Drive pilot programs, technology adoption, and infrastructure delivery aligned with iCEM and GMDC priorities
- Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, and high-performance teams within the vertical
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations across all activities
- Represent iCEM in national and international forums, policy discussions, and ecosystem platforms
- Develop policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks for long-term institutional excellence
- Report directly to the COO or CEO of iCEM and support board-level reviews and audits
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial/Infrastructure Management, or Hotel & Hospitality Management. For Director Innovation: Master's/Ph.D. in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
Preferred Qualification
Ph.D. for Director Innovation. Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, LEED, IOSH/NEBOSH, or PMP/PRINCE2 for Director Facility Management.
