The Centre for Research and Conservation of Indian Horseshoe Crabs (CRCIHSC) at Fakir Mohan University, Baleswar has released a notification for 2 Scientific Assistant / Field Worker posts. The work is part of a research project funded by the Office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife) and Chief Wildlife Warden, Odisha, under the Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department, Government of Odisha. The project is titled "In situ conservation of Indian Horseshoe Crabs by understanding habitats and adaptive processes with community participation." Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a Bachelor's degree in Zoology, Biotechnology or Life Sciences from a recognised university.
• Preference: Candidates with a keen passion for doing field-based studies in coastal regions will be preferred.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 18,000 per month plus 9% HRA.
• The pay is fixed (consolidated) for the project period.
