Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, released Advertisement No. CWC/I-Engagement/Young Professional/2026/01 dated 09 July 2026 for 6 Young Professionals. Via Addendum No. CWC/CO-HRORECT/31/2026-HUMAN RESOURCES dated 17 July 2026, CWC has added 3 more Marketing & Business Development positions at its Regional Offices in Delhi, Kolkata, and Lucknow, taking the total to 12 Young Professionals on a fixed-term basis of 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years. The last date to apply online for all positions (old and new) has been extended from 22 July 2026 to 05 August 2026 (23:59 hrs). All other terms and conditions of the original advertisement remain unchanged. You can apply for more than one position if you meet the eligibility for each.

Upper age limit, monthly remuneration, TA/DA/lodging charges, and job description for the 3 new positions (Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow) are the same as those prescribed for the Hyderabad/Jaipur positions. CWC can change or modify the place of posting depending on requirement, across its project sites and regional offices on a PAN India basis.

Who Can Apply?

Young Professional (Learning & Development):

• Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources
• Experience: 0-3 years, or more than 3 years in Learning & Development/Training

Young Professional (PCS Marketing):

• Full-time B.Sc in Agriculture with Entomology from a recognized university
• Preference given to candidates with MBA (Marketing) or pest control/services sector experience
• Experience: 0-3 years, or more than 3 years in the pest control/services sector

Young Professional (Marketing & Business Development) - Hyderabad / Jaipur / Delhi / Kolkata / Lucknow:

• Full-time Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in General Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Sales & Marketing Management from a recognized university
• Experience: 0-3 years, or more than 3 years in Warehousing/Logistics with a government body, PSU, or private organization

You must hold your mark sheets/certificates confirming eligibility as on 05 August 2026 (the new last day of application, per the addendum).

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 35 years for all positions (including the 3 new Delhi/Kolkata/Lucknow posts), calculated as on the last date of application (05 August 2026).

Salary

• Rs. 50,000 per month (consolidated) if you have 0 to 3 years' experience
• Rs. 60,000 per month (consolidated) if you have more than 3 years' experience
• The consolidated pay includes all applicable taxes — no other facility or allowance is given, except TA/DA/lodging for approved domestic tours (equivalent to E-2 or E-3 pay scale posts based on your experience).

Selection Process

The selection process has these stages:

1. Online Application Screening: Incomplete applications (missing qualification/experience details, photo, or signature) will be rejected outright.
2. Shortlisting: CWC may set criteria to limit the number of candidates called, based on the number of posts advertised.
3. Personal Interaction (Interview): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.

There is no written exam for these positions.

• Support training needs analysis and design learning programs for CWC employees
• Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and the annual training calendar
• Identify new business opportunities and clients for pest control and warehousing services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for CWC's marketing verticals
• Engage with farmers, traders, FPOs, and industrial clients to promote CWC's warehousing services
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and periodic performance reports
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the assigned region
• Track sales targets and report on business development progress
