Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, has released Advertisement No. CWC/I-Engagement/Young Professional/2026/01 to engage 6 Young Professionals on a fixed-term basis of 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years. The recruitment covers four distinct roles — Learning & Development, PCS Marketing, and two Marketing & Business Development positions based in Hyderabad and Jaipur. You can apply for more than one position if you meet the eligibility for each. Fresh postgraduates as well as candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience are both eligible, with higher pay for more experienced applicants.

Who Can Apply?

Young Professional (Learning & Development):

• Full-time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources
• Experience: 0-3 years, or more than 3 years in Learning & Development/Training

Young Professional (PCS Marketing):

• Full-time B.Sc in Agriculture with Entomology from a recognized university
• Preference given to candidates with MBA (Marketing) or pest control/services sector experience
• Experience: 0-3 years, or more than 3 years in the pest control/services sector

Young Professional (Marketing & Business Development) - Hyderabad / Jaipur:

• Full-time Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in General Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Sales & Marketing Management from a recognized university
• Experience: 0-3 years, or more than 3 years in Warehousing/Logistics with a government body, PSU, or private organization

You must hold your mark sheets/certificates confirming eligibility as on 22 July 2026 (the last day of application).

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 35 years for all four positions, calculated as on the last date of application (22 July 2026).

Salary

• Rs. 50,000 per month (consolidated) if you have 0 to 3 years' experience
• Rs. 60,000 per month (consolidated) if you have more than 3 years' experience
• The consolidated pay includes all applicable taxes — no other facility or allowance is given, except TA/DA/lodging for approved domestic tours (equivalent to E-2 or E-3 pay scale posts based on your experience).

Selection Process

The selection process has these stages:

1. Online Application Screening: Incomplete applications (missing qualification/experience details, photo, or signature) will be rejected outright.
2. Shortlisting: CWC may set criteria to limit the number of candidates called, based on the number of posts advertised.
3. Personal Interaction (Interview): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.

There is no written exam for these positions.

• Support training needs analysis and design learning programs for CWC employees
• Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and the annual training calendar

• Engage with farmers, traders, FPOs, and industrial clients to promote CWC's warehousing services
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and periodic performance reports
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across the assigned region
• Track sales targets and report on business development progress
